Utility player for branch office of a multi-disciplinary firm headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. Primary responsibilities included interior design construction documentation and coordination of luxury residences and accompanying hospitality spaces. Help test and develop production processes. Licensed in June 2019.

Personally involved in 130+ projects in 25+ countries, at all stages of the design process, with a focus on concept and schematic design. Projects range in scale from interior space planning and single hotel room prototypes, to masterplans of 1,000,000+sf integrated resorts, including theme parks, waterparks, gaming, retail, mixed use and housing. Worked closely with CEO, architects, 3D artists, branding and graphics departments.

ASSOCIATE. NOV 2012 – JUNE 2014.

Generated base drawings, technically complete contract drawings and 3D models as needed for projects ranging from residential landscapes to Florida Department of Transportation beautification projects. Designed the company logo and website.

OWNER/FREELANCE DESIGNER. SEPT 2012 – JUNE 2014.

Designed logos, websites, brochures, digital and print advertisements, and business cards and provided full branding services for several small businesses. Produced high quality planting plans and 3D representations for high-end residential landscape contractor and pool builder with projects throughout the Southeast.

ARCHITECTURAL ILLUSTRATOR. JULY 2013 – MAR 2014.

Created clear and effective architectural illustrations for vacation rental companies, developers, real estate sellers, and architects. ranging from interactive 2D and 3D floor plans to architectural renderings to community maps. Developed marketing materials, graphics and email campaigns.

ART CONSULTANT + MARKETING. JAN 2013 – NOV 2013.

Client/visitor education, direct sales and day-to-day gallery tasks. Worked directly with the artist and the Director of Galleries to craft a new logo, branding and merchandise.

INTERN ARCHITECT. NOV 2009 – MAR 2011.

Worked independently and collaboratively on a variety of architectural design projects with a focus on conceptual and schematic design phases, site-planning, and construction document drawing and coordination. Prepared marketing materials, proposals, RFQ submittals, and presentations. Put together a successful award package submission, which earned the firm a Fire Industry Equipment Research Organization (FIERO), Merit Award in 2010.
